Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Aysha's Collection is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
- Additional shipping charges incurred due to address corrections
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Aysha's Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist in filing a claim when possible.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package and item(s).
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos for review.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.

- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
- International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, Aysha's Collection cannot guarantee delivery times once a package is in transit with the carrier.
