Return & Exchange Policy

At Aysha's Collection, we strive to provide premium quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchange only on apparel items.

  • Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or available product within the eligible exchange period.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unworn
    • In original condition
    • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on apparel items.

All apparel purchases are considered final sale unless:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
  • A replacement item is unavailable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the damaged item
  • We will review the issue and offer:
    • A replacement (subject to availability), or
    • A refund only if replacement is not available

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without tags
  • Customized or altered products
  • Sale or clearance items

Important Notes

  • Product color may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings.
  • Minor embroidery or handmade detailing variations are part of the design craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
